The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The complementary drinks and bar snacks were fabulous, perfect after a long day travelling.The travel cot was up and ready for us, that was so helpful. The bed in the junior suite was lovely and big and comfy. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the access to the level bar with complimentary drinks and snacks was a great added bonus.
